Mission
At Your Polk County HUB, our mission is simple: no one should face cancer alone. Founded by cancer survivors who understand the journey firsthand, we are dedicated to providing hope, connection, encouragement, resources, and practical support to individuals and families affected by cancer throughout Polk County. Through support groups, community outreach, awareness programs, blessing bags, and a caring network of people who understand, we strive to remind every person facing cancer that they are seen, they are cared for, and they are never alone. We believe in supporting the whole person, celebrating every victory-big or small-and bringing hope to the cancer journey.
